    Bill is President of Fournier & Associates, LLC. His experience includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication/Leadership principles, coaching, and over 27 years of experience in a variety of profit and non-profit organizations in industries such as high-tech, manufacturing, retail, and higher education. He teaches courses in leadership, communication, and career-development.

    Bill is a former member of Toastmasters International and winner of a number of Area and Division speech competitions.

    Bill’s experiences provide a framework for real-life stories that will help others understand the practical hurdles to success and how to remove them.

    Bill also supports his message through research that is easy to understand and is common in today’s workplace.

    On a more personal side, Bill lives in Athens, Ohio with his incredible wife and son. When not working, you’ll probably find him spending leisure time with family and friends or sitting on the porch enjoying a cigar while listening to the Boston Red Sox (his wife is a New York Yankee fan – Ouch).
