Janine Moon, a Master Certified Career Coach, has spent thirty plus years mentoring, growing, developing and coaching people – both individually and within organization development initiatives. A former executive in energy and telecommunications utilities, Janine has directed line and staff organizations, developed and implemented operational strategies, and coached hundreds of individuals to define their authentic work direction and trust themselves to pursue it. Janine has taught in secondary and college institutions; trained line workers, professionals and executives; delivered conference keynotes and moderated break-outs; facilitated large and small groups, both agreeable and antagonistic; designed and led change initiatives; and coached professionals, teams and C-level leaders. Janine’s work on Career Ownership is original and unique in it’s approach to career development inside organizations. The program is based on Janine’s leadership experiences, her knowledge of economies and productivity, 21st century global competition, and her deep wisdom on what engages individuals to do their best work and connect deeply with an organization’s mission. Janine holds a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University and Bachelor’s of Science from Bowling Green State University. She has achieved certification as a Master Certified Career Coach (one of five in the country) from The Career Coach Institute where she serves as an instructor and Mentor Coach. She is a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), the 2008 President of the Ohio Chapter and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Janine also serves as advisor to Franklin University’s MBA Executive Coaching Program and as an MBA Adjunct Faculty member.
