| Maureen Metcalf, the President of Metcalf & Associates, Inc., bringing 24 years of business experience to support her clients’ leadership and organizational transformations. She is recognized as an innovative, principled, leader who demonstrates operational skills coupled with the ability to analyze, develop, and implement successful strategies for development, profitability, growth and sustainability.
Maureen is passionate about helping individuals and businesses find sustainable solutions to the challenges they face in this dynamic world. Her speaking engagements are tailored to help her audiences develop, transform, and sustain their success. Maureen brings a combination of intellectual rigor and discipline along with an ability to translate theory into practice to all of her presentations and client engagements. She designs and teaches MBA classes in Leadership and Organizational Transformation at Capital University. She was a finalist for the Tech Columbus Award – Women of the Year in Technology 2007. She has also published several papers and articles on Level 5 Leadership and Organizational Transformation. As a Senior Manager with two “Big Four” Management consulting firms for 12 years, Maureen managed and contributed to successful completion of a wide array of projects from strategy development and organizational design for start-up companies to large system change for well-established organizations. She has worked with a number of Fortune 100 clients delivering a wide range of significant business results such as: increased profitability, cycle time reduction, increased employee engagement and effectiveness, and improved quality. Maureen is the Board President of Earthtouch Preserve, a land preservation organization focused on connecting individuals with nature.
