Amy Franko leads Impact Instruction Group from Columbus, Ohio. Her company’s mission is simple: to help companies create custom learning experiences that deliver business impact. Prior to launching the company in early 2007, she was a top seller for IBM and Lenovo, where she managed a $12 million sales territory of both public sector and commercial clients.

Impact Instruction Group works with large enterprises on blended learning solutions and professional development initiatives for emerging women leaders. Amy is an award-winning training designer, receiving a 2010 APEX Award of Excellence.She is also one of a select few authorized by internationally recognized author Lois Frankel (of Nice Girls Don’t Get the Corner Office fame) to create and deliver programs specific to her best-selling books.

Amy is a member of American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), where she runs the Learning Executives Network. She is also a member of Columbus-based Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD).
